Top level beef tips and rice

I ordered beef tips and rice every time it was on the menu. It was my absolute favorite. Then they added the French Marchand de vin version and that took it to another level!! The gravy is rich and savory with the perfect amount of salt and seasoning. The addition of mushrooms makes it even better. I think the old version of beef tips and rice had the perfect amount of gravy to rice ratio. This new version, while richer and better, comes up a little short quantity wise. By the time I’ve finished off the gravy there are a few spoonfuls of rice that have to be eaten dry. I would like for the meat to have a touch more gravy but that’s a small ask. It’s still one of my favorite dishes. You can’t go wrong with good old beef tips and rice like mama used to make.

Marchand Beef

Just finished for lunch. Half a portion was enough for lunch. Would add a green vegetable if for evening meal. Everything was great. Will order again!
