Filet Mignon Kabobs, Au Gratin Potatoes & Veggies

Juicy tender beef tenderloin is marinated in garlic, house herbs and spices creating the perfect flavor and unbelievable tenderness, seared and basted with garlic butter, tossed with sweet red pepper and onions. This delicious dish is served "off the kabob" and paired with au gratin potatoes and seasonal veggies.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove condiments and sauce containers. Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE. Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

This dish was delicious and the meat very tender.

Kabob review

Very nice taste and flavor. Meat was a little firm and tough, not as tender as other entrees in the past. Vegetables were delicious and peppers were so sweet and yummy. Augratin potatoes were not as flavorful, seemed to be lacking that cheesy flavoring.

Meat chunks were a little smaller than I expected from something called kabobs, but good flavors

Good meat choice

The meat was good quality and tender. I'd prefer the au gratin potatoes to have a sharper cheese for the zing I prefer. All in all the flavor of the meal was quite good though.
