Our St. Louis-style pork ribs are smoked low and slow until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender, then basted generously with a rich, tangy BBQ sauce that sets into a sticky, caramelized finish. Served alongside hand-mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn for a plate that satisfies every time.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. 

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

These were delicious. Served two of us perfectly and they were indeed fall of the bone tender. Corn and mashed potatoes were great too! We paired it with a salad and it was a perfect (partial) finger licking’ dinner! That pork was so tender and rich!

I was shocked how good these ribs were. I didn't think it was possible to get good ribs in a pre-made dish you heat yourself. Not only were they good but they were some of the best ribs I have ever had. I don't know how they do it.
