This dish will be back soon. Explore this week’s menu!
When the week calls for something with real soul, a plate of hand-rolled enchiladas draped in slow-cooked chile sauce is exactly the answer.
Dried guajillo chiles are toasted alongside garlic, shallots, and avocado oil, then blended with vine-ripe tomatoes, cumin, fresh herbs, and house seasonings into a deeply flavored sauce. Each corn tortilla is hand-coated in a guajillo-garlic paste and rolled around slow-braised, shredded chuck steak, then generously crowned with that same rich sauce. The confetti rice brings a colorful medley of zucchini, carrots, onions, and fresh Mexican herbs, while the fiesta black beans round out the plate with pico de gallo, corn, sweet peppers, cilantro, green onions, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
This is the kind of Tex-Mex meal delivery that earns a permanent spot on your weekly rotation. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
