Our egg, sausage, and garden vegetable frittata is a delightful and flavorful dish that showcases breakfast sausage, vibrant and fresh flavors of a variety of vegetables (spinach, roasted red and yellow tomatoes, mushrooms, white onions, green onions, fresh herbs), five fresh eggs, cream, a blend of cheeses, and savory of herbs and spices—baked until golden and fluffy. This meal is versatile and great for breakfast, brunch, or even as a light dinner. You can also use this casserole to make breakfast tacos, loaded biscuits, or sandwiches.

Remove from container and heat in a preheated oven on 325° for 8-10 minutes or heat in the microwave in thirty second intervals until desired heat is reached.
