    Our Egg bites are conveniently delicious. A great low carb healthy breakfast on the go! Three egg bites to an order.

    Eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, cream (contains milk), red pepper, green onion, seasoning.

     

    Place tray in the microwave and heat for 1 - 2 minutes until desired heat.

     

    Eggs, sausage (contains soy), cheddar cheese (contains milk), cream (contains milk), red pepper, green onion

    Though the best practices are used when preparing meals, our kitchen environment does contain nuts and gluten so we cannot 100% guarantee the complete absence of allergens.     Great idea, too salty!

    I was excited to try the sausage and egg egg goes, also tried the spinach and cheese egg goes, unfortunately both flavors were overly salty and there was one spice which seemed somewhat predominant which was not to my liking. I was going to toss them in the trash but my husband decided that he would eat them after loading them up with hot sauce. I would not buy them again.
