Our juicy skirt steak is bursting with juicy rich flavor. Marinated overnight for outstanding flavor with exceptional marbling and tenderness, chargrilled topped with savory Durango sauce, sweet peppers and Monterey Jack Cheese, served medium rare with a twice baked potato, and seasonal veggies. A Durango sauce is a milld rich and savory cream black pepper and chillaca pepper sauce,  spiked with Cognac. You will love this amazing new dish!

 

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE 
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

We will definitely order this one again. You should include those baked potatoes more often, with other dishes !! Steak was very tender and tasty.

Very generous portion. I'm not a big carrot eater so I gave my spouse the carrots! The potato was great. Flavorful and delicious. The steak was tender and could be cut with a fork yet not mushy. We'd buy this one again.
