Turkey tetrazzini got it's name from a French opera star, Luisa Tetrazzini who was singing to fans San Francisco and New York. A local chef cooked up the idea of making a delicious rich pasta dish and naming it for her. Our delicious Turkey Tetrazzini is loaded with slow cooked turkey breast, mushrooms, and herbs in a light low sodium white wine sauce, and topped with buttery panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. The dish is a generous portion and serves two.
