Red Beans and Rice from Scratch, an authentic Cajun Creole recipe, will become your favorite "go to" for lunch or dinner, large enough for two.  Our recipe is packed with flavor, We start with the trinity of onions, bell peppers, and celery.  We add, garlic, thyme, oregano, and vegetable stock and house seasoning, green onions and rice.

Heat for 1 -2 minutes in the microwave until hot.
