Creamy Tuscan Chicken & Penne

We love this new recipe! This recipes is a take off of our Marry Me Chicken. When our wonderful chefs make a home run recipe we tell them "you can now get married". This new recipe is for sure "bragging right" worthy. This creamy, juicy, and full of flavor dish is a crowd pleaser! Herb marinated chicken breasts, chargrilled, sliced, and served with penne pasta, topped bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a creamy white wine sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, shallots, fresh herbs, spinach, basil, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove condiments and sauce containers.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

It's a home run!

Oh, my taste buds loved the flavors and the chicken was so tender. When you live alone, cook for yourself and don't have a clue about seasoning, this entree more than met my expectations. I'm so pleased that I ordered two. Being on a very low salt diet, I can only allow myself to eat one entree per week, which causes me to spread my last order of five meals over five weeks. I will order again once I'm down to one entree.
