Our Cranberry Glazed Chicken combines fresh garlic, rosemary, and tangy fresh cranberries to bring this dish a bold, aromatic, and savory-sweet flavor. We brine and marinate our chicken breasts overnight for a guaranteed fork-tender center of the plate, glazed with our house-made cranberry glaze and grilled over hickory wood. The star ingredient of this plate is our cranberry glaze. We start with fresh cranberries, creating a festive touch, bright texture, and sweet tartness balanced with brown sugar, honey, and a burst of lemon zest. Fresh herbs, rosemary, garlic, sage, and thyme enhance the flavor. This fantastic dish is served with rice pilaf and garlic broccoli. Our rice pilaf is a colorful and flavorful blend of carrots, celery, onions, and fresh herbs tossed in infused garlic olive oil and chicken broth. To complete the ensemble, our fresh green beans and carrots, steamed to perfection and delicately tossed with canola oil and house seasonings, provides a satisfying crunch and an additional layer of savory goodness.

We were somewhat disappointed with this dish! We were ready to enjoy it to the fullest, especially since it had cranberry glaze. However, the chicken didn't seem to be fully cooked and was a little fatty. This is the first time we've been disappointed!
