This is the kind of brisket dinner you drive across town for, the one that makes you wish the restaurant could just show up at your door.

Our beef brisket is slow-cooked until tender, then glazed with a scratch molasses honey BBQ sauce that layers smoky, sweet, and savory in every bite. Alongside, a creamy hash brown casserole is built from shredded potatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and sour cream, baked to a golden finish. Steamed green beans and tender carrots round out the plate, lightly seasoned to keep their natural flavor and crisp-tender bite.

A generous spread for a weeknight dinner or a Sunday lunch worth looking forward to. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

There was a piece of brisket with teeth marks in it. Brisket was dry. Small dab of sauce. Some of the vegetables were overcooked, wrinkled
