We marinate our chuck roast in house seasonings, roasted garlic and shallots, slow cooked until very tender and top with a Bordeaux gravy, green onions, and fresh parsley. Served with pan fried hash browns. A tender and juicy comfort food. This entree is part of our single serving collection.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

I gave this four stars

I gave this four stars because it wasn't what I thought it would be. The hash browns and the small beef tips were very good but I thought I would get country fried steak not steak tips in gravy. The steak tips were delicious but not what I expected. I may not have read the write up correctly when I ordered.
