Indulge in a comforting, hearty meal featuring a tender homemade Country Red Wine Chuck Roast, accompanied by Red Skin Potatoes and Carrots.
We start with a marinated chuck roast, slow-braised in a rich red wine and beef broth reduction with fresh garlic, rosemary, and thyme until the beef is fork-tender. Alongside the roast are creamy, buttery red skin potatoes and sautéed baby carrots, their natural sweetness balancing the bold, herb-forward richness of the braising liquid beautifully.
This is the kind of fresh comfort food that earns a spot in your weekly meal prep rotation. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
