Hearty Vegetable Beef Stew

Few things satisfy the way a proper beef stew does — the kind that has been quietly building flavor all day on the stove.

We start with slow-cooked chuck roast, simmered low and slow until the beef breaks down into tender, pull-apart bites with deep, rich flavor throughout. Fresh vegetables, hearty potatoes, and tomatoes round out every bowl.

This is the kind of fresh comfort food that fits a chilly weeknight, a lazy Sunday lunch, or a meal prep day when you want something real and nourishing ready to go. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Servings: 1 | Microwave Ready in 2 - 3 minutes

Preparation: Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, then in 30 second intervals until desired heat.

Beef, Beef Stock, potatoes, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, mixed vegetables, sea salt, parsley, garlic, spices, fresh herbs, house seasonings

PREP: Remove lid slightly or lift to vent. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals until soup is heated thoroughly.

This was really not beef stew. I think it had one carrot and these little square potato like things made up the bulk part of the dish. There was some meat and it was very much more like a gravy than a sauce. I would not order this again, it was really not good not like any beef stew I’ve had
