Our homemade beef and fresh vegetable soup is low fat yet hearty with nutritious ingredients. This hearty soup is packed with slowed cooked chuck roast, veggies, potatoes, and tomatoes!
Preparation: Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, then in 30 second intervals until desired heat.

PREP: Remove lid slightly or lift to vent. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals until soup is heated thoroughly.
