Mexican Street Corn & Chicken Soup

Mexican Street Corn & Chicken Soup

All the bold, creamy, smoky flavors of Mexican street corn turned into a satisfying and hearty soup.

We build this soup with sweet white and yellow corn, tender white meat chicken, and crispy bacon simmered together in a rich, creamy base. Zesty lime, smoky chili powder, and slow-cooked garlic layer in that signature elote flavor, finished with fresh herbs and house seasonings for a bowl that is bright, hearty, and deeply satisfying.

A natural fit for weekday lunches or a cozy solo dinner at home, this is the kind of fresh comfort food that makes a simple meal feel like something special.
