Shrimp sautéed with garlic, tossed with Asian fried rice. You cannot go wrong with this classic dish. This delicious meal can be enjoyed as an entree and big enough for two. 

 

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. 

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Southern Red Beans & Rice, Collard Greens

Very good southern meal. Enjoyed the Collard Greens. It comes with just one mini cornbread loaf so we added garlic Texas toast. Perfect for red beans and rice.

Was skeptical about fried rice

Was skeptical about fried rice from a non asian food service- but this was GREAT! Lots of shrimp and the seasoning was perfect.

More like a shrimp with

More like a shrimp with rice pilaf dish than Chinese fried rice. Still oo’ed and awe’d after every bite. I’d order this meal again. The flavor was really good. Good portions, fed two of us just fine.
