Ranch Hasselback Chicken

The term hasselback first originated from the famous hasselback potato recipe that was created in 1953 by a chef at Hasselbacken restaurant on Djurgården, Stockholm. We love this new version of hasselback chicken! A chicken breast is grilled, we hasselback by cutting thin slices halfway through chicken breasts and stuffing with smoked cheddar, ricotta, parmesan, Monterey Jack, spinach, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, fresh herbs all seasoned with our house ranch seasonings. Served with garlic herb potatoes and steamed broccoli. You will love this new delicious recipe delivered right to your front porch.
