    A center cut filet mignon beef steak, is marinated with herbs and special seasoning, grilled to perfection and topped with buerre blanc.  Mouth watering juices are sealed in each savory, tender bite, and it is served with fresh veggies.

    Trays are oven and microwave friendly. 

    Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

    Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

    The steak was very tasty

    The steak was very tasty and tender and large enough for 2 adults to enjoy. However we found the mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, squash and zucchini) to be very mushy and watery. I would reorder the steak if paired with a different vegetable dish.

    Tender, flavorful and filling.

    The Filet Mignon Buerre Blanc & Veggies was fantastic. The steak was melt in your mouth tender and the flavor was devine! Will snag more of these whenever they are available on the menu! Excellent meal.
