    Grilled Salmon, Vegetables, and Coconut Rice

    Some of the best salmon we've had from Front Porch Pantry. Nice-sized filet, grilled perfectly, light and flakey. The special salsa added a great touch (a larger serving of salsa would be a bonus.) The coconut rice complemented the salmon very well.
