Chicken Stuffed Zucchini

The Chicken Stuffing in the zucchini was extremely good! But the zucchini was rather tough. I did try some in the microwave and in the oven. This dish actually turned out better in the microwave bc the zucchini wasn’t as tough then. Overall, I would recommend this meal, just for the great chicken stuffing inside bc it was so good!
