Classic French bistro cooking, brought to your table without the flight or the reservation.
Our premium chuck roast is slow-braised in a rich red wine sauce built with smoky bacon, fresh herbs, and vegetables until every piece is fork-tender and deeply savory. A full-flavored merlot reduction with wild mushrooms is drizzled atop the roast, adding a touch of elegance to this hearty comfort food. Buttery Yukon gold potatoes and sweet carrots round out the plate for a complete, satisfying meal.
This is the kind of dish that works for a weekend dinner or whenever you want to send someone a genuinely impressive prepared meal without any of the kitchen effort. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
