Plump Gulf shrimp are dipped in a rich egg wash, coated in a signature coconut-blended flour, and lightly fried until golden and crunchy outside, tender and juicy within. Alongside the shrimp sits a savory black bean medley made with olive oil, lime juice, pineapple, mango, pico de gallo, and fresh herbs for bright, layered flavor with real texture. Fragrant jasmine rice rounds out the plate, and a mild sweet chili sauce ties every element together with just the right touch of heat.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. 

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

I did the shrimp in air fryer and could never get it crispy enough—flavor was ok but breading was too mushy

We have enjoyed the other meals we received, but the coconut shrimp meal was covered with cilantro. I can NOT eat cilantro. We've strayed away from the Mexican meals for fear of cilantro. I could not eat the shrimp meal. Most of it was thrown out. Was a huge disappointment. Would be nice to know if a meal has cilantro. Thanks for listening.
