This dish is packed with AMAZING flavors. We marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs in pineapple and lime juice, garlic infused olive oil, sweet smokey annatto rub and our special blend of house seasonings. Grilled to perfection until fork tender and served with garlic fiesta rice made with a blend of pico de gallo, sweet peppers, onions, fresh herbs. To top this amazing dinner is a heaping helping of hearty chorizo pinto beans that have been soaked and simmered to perfection for hours infused with a medley of onions, peppers, celery, a bouquet of fresh herbs, and authentic Mexican seasonings.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Stir before serving.
Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven
DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Remove tray on pan
