You will love these enchiladas, made with tender pulled chicken rolled in corn tortillas and topped with a rich, creamy sour cream enchilada sauce.  Bake until bubbly and hot! Super easy to heat, eat, without the mess.

The meal contains 3 enchiladas.  Please see nutrition tab for product servings, weight, and nutrition. Happy hour items are limit 3 and must be accompanied by regular price item to be fulfilled. (while supplies last) Our meals are packaged rather than plated. The photographs on our website are a reflection of a plated dinner. We strive to continue to make our meals more healthy. This may require a change of ingredients which will not be reflected in the photograph. It is suggested to always check the ingredients of each meal. Some meals are featured as plated family style. It is suggested to always check the nutrition to determine the exact portions sizes.  Best practices are used when preparing meals. Our kitchen environment does contain milk, eggs, fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod), crustacean shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp), tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and as well as other non major allergens. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or gluten. 

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE 
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

Good but harder to split

Good but harder to split into two meals.

Plenty!

These enchiladas were large and stuffed with savory tender chicken. We made some Spanish rice with black beans to go with it. One container was enough for my husband and I. The extra sauce we used as quest for chips!
