Chicken Fried Chicken, Squash Casserole, Mashed Potatoes

Chicken Fried Chicken, Squash Casserole, Mashed Potatoes

Southern comfort food done exactly the way your grandmother would approve of!

We start by brining boneless chicken breasts to lock in moisture, then soak each piece in buttermilk before dredging in seasoned flour and pan-frying in canola oil for that signature golden crust. Finished in the oven and smothered in our house country gravy, it is chicken fried chicken done right. Alongside sits a scratch-made Southern squash casserole built from fresh squash and onion folded into a creamy sauce, topped with a crunchy cheddar and cracker crust, plus hand-mashed potatoes to round out the plate.

This fresh comfort food meal makes a weeknight dinner feel like a proper Sunday spread, with zero cleanup and all the satisfaction. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

I have never been disappointed with any of the fried chicken dinners, & this was no exception. I do prefer cream gravy with it. The squash casserole & mashed potatoes completed the meal perfectly.

This is our go to must! I have to order at least 4 at a time because we love them so much. We only wish it was available to purchase an extra order of the Squash Casserole. Again, if you make the extra sides, we will most definitely buy it!
