This dish will be back soon. Explore this week’s menu!
All the bold, layered flavors of a deliciously satisfying chicken enchilada — in a bowl you can eat with a spoon.
We build this soup from a creamy base of cream of chicken, chicken broth, and vegetable broth, then layer in tender shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, and onions seasoned with taco seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Served on the side are tortilla strips for that little crunch in every bite and fresh cheddar cheese.
This is the kind of heat-and-eat meal that works for a weeknight dinner, easy lunches for the week, or sending something comforting to a friend who needs a good meal. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
