Our Cheese and Potato Gratin is a yummy homemade side simply made from Idaho potatoes, cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic, butter, and house seasoning. A great meal or a compliment to any entree.

MICROWAVE:Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. Let stand for 2 minutes. Cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Stir before serving.

Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven.

DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN-ABLE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE

HEAT TO 165 DEGREES.

The family platter of this

The family platter of this dish has portions to feed 6-8 people. Usually I microwave these meals, but oven-baked adds so much to the dish.
