My husband’s favorite so far!

Loved this dish! The Cajun seasonings were spot on and surprisingly low in sodium. The fish was fresh and crisp. I took it out of the container and placed on the rack in my toaster oven. The dirty rice was moist and flavorful. Liked having sauce on the side.

Amazing!

We've used FPP over the last year to send easy, healthy, delicious ready-to-eat meals to people we know who are busy taking care of loved ones recovering from illnesses. The reports are all wonderful. The food is ample and delicious. We'll be ordering our own FPP deliveries SOON!

Yummy Catfish and Dirty Rice

This is a new dish that we were eager to try, and we were not let down. The catfish is breaded and not overcooked; it was delicious. I was worried about the dirty rice as I do not like giblets, but this is made with ground beef and has some corn, peas, and carrots in it. It tasted great and was a nice complement to the fish. The sauce was delicious, tomato based but did not taste like a pasta sauce. We loved this dish. There were 4 fish filets, so we made 3 separate servings from this entre after I added fresh green beans. Go for it!
