    You will love this festive dinner. A platter of tender carne asada grilled steak, sliced chicken served with rice, refried black beans topped with tasty cotija crumbles, pico arugula garnish, and a side of our house made queso. Our fajitas steak is perfectly seasoned steak  with a citrus seasonings, grilled to perfection and bursting with savory juices on the inside.

    Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE

    Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.

    Very tasty. Tender steak and chicken seasoned very well. I bought two and served it for guests. All were impressed.

    Wish you would make one with just steak!! Most delicious and tender. Chicken had good flavor but was a bit dry. Def buy again. I just saved the chicken to use on a buns for sandwiches next day. Lots of meat!!

    The Garlic Steak and Chicken Skillet was very good;however, the rice and beans were lacking taste.
