Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Broccoli

Simply "southern", yet healthy is how we described our buttermilk fried chicken. 

We start by brining chicken breasts to lock in moisture, then soak each piece in buttermilk before dredging in seasoned flour. Every piece is pan-fried in canola oil to build that signature crisp crust, then finished in the oven for a clean, even cook all the way through. Served alongside scratch-made mac and cheese and tender buttered broccoli for a complete, satisfying plate.

This is the kind of fresh comfort food that works just as well for a weeknight family dinner as it does for Sunday lunch. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. For best results heat in the oven or air fryer.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.
