FPP filet mignon is never a bad choice

Tender as always, and not too well done for my tastes. The onion strings were a nice choice for a side. I cooked them crisp and they came out perfect!

fatty

This was a disappointing meal. The filet was very fatty but it was tender. The mashed potatoes were great as were the onion strings. The asparagus were soggy.
