An elevated twist on the classic French dish!
Boneless chuck short ribs are slow-braised until fork-tender in a rich red wine reduction built from browned butter, caramelized onions, garlic, and tomato paste, deglazed with full-bodied red wine and finished with fresh thyme. The sauce deepens as it simmers, coating every bite of beef in that dark, savory, unmistakably Bourguignon flavor. Served over creamy mashed potatoes whipped with butter and cream, topped with chopped smoked bacon, and rounded out with caramelized onions and carrots that have soaked up every drop of those braising juices.
This is the kind of meal that turns a quiet evening at home into something worth sitting down for — a genuinely impressive freshly prepared meal with none of the hours of kitchen work. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
