We hand shape each patty with premium cuts of short rib Angus and chuck steak beef, seasoned to perfection and seared on the grill to create a caramelized crust, locking in all the savory juices, ensuring every bite is tender, juicy, with rich flavors. Each order is served with two patties topped with a delicious beer cheese sauce, a velvety, creamy blend of aged cheddar and lager beer infused with garlic, Dijon mustard, and a touch of smoked paprika for depth and warmth complementing the robust beef flavor. Each patty is topped with Applesmoked bacon and served with a side of savory Yukon gold potatoes that are oven-baked for a healthy twist on fries. It is also served with a fresh medley of sautéed veggies: broccoli, zucchini, squash, and carrots. A delicious Front Porch Pantry meal with hearty flavors and a gourmet twist sure to please any palate. Perfect for elevating a casual dinner or impressing guests with elevated home-cooked decadence.
