All meals arrive in microwave and oven-friendly trays, with heating instructions printed on each meal’s sleeve or label. For freshness, each meal is marked with a freeze by date on the label and film. We recommend enjoying your meals before this date for the best quality. If you won’t be able to eat your meals before the freeze by date, simply freeze them for later.
Portion Sizes Each entree includes two generous servings,perfect for sharing.
How do I reheat from frozen? To ensure the best taste and texture, we recommend thawing your meals first and then following the same heating instructions printed on the packaging.
How do I heat filet mignon steaks and hamburger steaks that are cooked medium rare? We deliver filet mignon, bistro steaks, and hamburger steaks medium rare so you can finish to your liking.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before heating.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove film (tip: heat in oven for 4 seconds to peel off easily), cover with foil.
Filet Mignon: 25 min (med. rare), 30 min (med.), 35+ min (well done).
Bistro Steaks: follow sleeve instructions (shorter time).
Hamburger Steaks: 20 min (med. rare), 25 min (med.), 30 min (well done).
Microwave not recommended for filet or bistro steaks; hamburger steaks can be microwaved if cut in half.
How do I thaw frozen entrees?We recommend placing your meals in the refrigerator and letting them thaw overnight for best results.
Our Chef’s Tip:
For the tastiest results, we recommend removing the plastic film, covering your meal with foil, and heating it in the oven.
