Come one, come all to get your hatch chili pepper catch. If you have been craving hatch chilis, you are in luck, this season is here! Grown exclusively in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico, this pepper is renowned for its exceptional taste. Let's celebrate the season with Front Porch Pantry's hatch chili layered beef casserole. Don't worry we make it mild, but packed with flavor. We cook our well seasoned ground beef with Mexican seasonings, pico de gallo, cilantro with tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, pepper, onions, and house seasoning. This casserole is filled with dimension and depth with layers of the tender ground beef, corn tortillas, mild hatch roasted chilies, corn, black beans, fresh herbs, topped with Monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese. Perfect for gatherings, family dinners, or any occasion when you want a delicious hearty yet lower in carb meal. 

 

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F. (Internal Temperature.) Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.
