My mom loved it!

The pot roast was very lean and tender. The potatoes and carrots were terrific. The portions were huge, enough for two good sized servings or three smaller ones. There was lots of gravy and it tasted homemade. Best part….no prep, thirty minutes in the oven, and no mess to clean up. Great meal.
