Our homemade frittata, the classic Italian omelette, is made with farm raised eggs, sautéed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and blended with cream and goat cheese

Remove from container and heat in a preheated oven on 325° for 8-10 minutes or heat in the microwave in thirty second intervals until desired heat is reached.
