Honey Glazed Soy Chicken, Rice, Edamame

Honey Glazed Soy Chicken, Rice, Edamame

Rendering loop-subscriptions

Sweet, savory, and just a little smoky, this is the kind of Asian-inspired plate you keep coming back to at your favorite neighborhood spot.

Chicken thighs are marinated in a citrus honey blend, then grilled until they pick up a slightly charred sear that locks in the juices. Each piece gets finished with a glossy reduction of honey, soy sauce, fresh ginger, and brown sugar that caramelizes beautifully on the grill. Served alongside fragrant coconut rice cooked with creamy coconut milk for a subtle sweetness, and a generous portion of steamed, shelled edamame for a fresh, satisfying bite.

This is the kind of fresh home cooked meal that works just as well for a laid-back weeknight dinner as it does for meal prep when you want something worth looking forward to at lunch. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

I wasn't too crazy about

I wasn't too crazy about the flavor of the chicken, but it didn't stop me from eating it. I think it was maybe the soy sauce flavor. The rice and edamame were good and the edamame was a nice change in veggies.
