This is a Front Porch favorite, an exquisite and flavorful dish that combine fresh grilled salmon with the comforting richness of buttery pappardelle pasta and creamed spinach. Accompanying the salmon is a bed of al dente pappardelle pasta, long and broad ribbons of delicate pasta tossed with extra virgin olive oil, butter and garlic. Served with creamy spinach Madeline made with fresh spinach, cream cheese, garlic, shallots and house seasoning. This dish is a celebration of flavors, elegant yet hearty.
