Prepare to savor this delicious version of cheese quesadillas with a 5-star twist. We start with a variety of five fresh Mexican cheeses: Monterey Jack, Cotija, Queso Fresco, Cheddar Cheese, and Pepper Jack, all very mild for a pleasurable lunch or dinner! This excellent quesadilla entree features a variety of mixed cheese tossed with pico de Gallo (mild) with a hint of Mexican seasonings. Each flour tortilla is grilled for a smoky flavor. This dish will come with three loaded tortillas that you can cut into a total of 9 triangle quesadillas. In addition, this dish is served with fiesta black beans, also known as "Cowboy Caviar.” A delightful recipe of black beans, pico de Gallo, corn, sweet peppers, cilantro, green onions, garlic, fresh herbs, a hint of lime juice, and our special house seasonings. This fantastic dish is a rich tapestry of authentic Mexican flavors and ingredients, as it redefines the essence of Texan favorites.
We suggest this meal be heated on the stove in a non stick pan. Remember to remove all condiments. Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove Condiments and Sauce containers.
Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE
Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat on 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165 degrees. Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.
