Our homemade beef and fresh vegetable soup is low fat yet hearty with nutritious ingredients. This hearty soup is packed with slowed cooked chuck roast, veggies, potatoes, and tomatoes! 

Preparation: Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, then in 30 second intervals until desired heat.

Beef, Beef Stock, potatoes, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, mixed vegetables, sea salt, parsley, garlic, spices, fresh herbs, house seasonings

PREP: Remove lid slightly or lift to vent. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals until soup is heated thoroughly.

The stew was very tasty. I was surprised to find pieces of yellow squash in it - but overall, it was very good and didn't affect my indigestion as some foods do. I would order it again!
