Salisbury steak done the way a Texas roadhouse cook would be proud of: generously portioned, rich, and savory.

We hand-mix ground Angus beef with sautéed onions, celery, fresh herbs, and house seasonings, then pan-sear each steak. The cowboy gravy on top is a labor of love: a rich demi-glace reduction built with butter, bacon drippings, tomato paste, Chianti wine, mirepoix, and fresh herbs, thickened with gluten-free flour for a sauce that is deeply savory from the first bite. Served alongside garlic butter mashed potatoes and maple bourbon caramelized onions for a plate that delivers real comfort food satisfaction.

This is the kind of easy family dinner that works just as well for Sunday lunch as it does for a hungry weeknight crew with zero cleanup on your end. Always made fresh in our Dallas kitchen and delivered chilled, never frozen, straight to your front porch across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

This meal was very satisfying and we really enjoyed it. The meat was flavorful and as usual, the mashed potatoes were great. We just ordered it a second time.

This is good !
I have ordered it before.
But the portion size seems to be smaller than previously.
Which is very disappointing.
I can’t afford to buy two meals to feed two people.
