Impressive Dish

This is definitely a restaurant quality dish. The salmon and spinach pappardelle is a class act; large delicately seasoned salmon filet and plenty of creamy pasta to share. Yum!

Salmon and Pasta Ready for You to Spice Up

I was disappointed with this dish. The salmon was cooked well, flakey the way I like it, and the noodles were also cooked to a reasonable al dente (hard to do in a re-heated dish). However I felt both the fish and noodles were fairly bland. I added spices to make eating them more enjoyable, notably basil, thyme and rosemary. Much better with the added spices. If you want a dish to spiff up with spices to your taste, this is a good candidate.
