Our Baklava is a testament to the artistry of pastry-making, consisting of layers of paper-thin, buttery phyllo dough, filled with a delectable mixture of nuts, and drenched in sweet, fragrant syrup. At the heart of baklava lies a multitude of ultra-thin sheets of phyllo dough. These delicate layers are meticulously brushed with melted butter between each sheet, creating a flaky and golden-brown exterior. The texture of phyllo dough, when baked to perfection, is incredibly crisp and shatters upon the first bite, revealing the layers beneath. Filled with generous layers of nuts, seasoned with hints of cinnamon and clove and generously layered with honey and syrup. Two pieces per order.
