There was a lot of

There was a lot of cheese so I used some of it to make great grilled cheese sandwiches. I always like anything that goes with carrots and celery.

Why not pair the cheese

Why not pair the cheese with some bread of some kind=maybe pita or Naan bread

Pimento cheese was fantastic but not easy to eat with narrow celery stalks. I ate with crackers.

Not as good as expected. Spread was difficult to get on bread. Flavor too cheesy. Needs more pimento taste
