We source every filet from 1855 Ranch, a premier purveyor known for raising USDA Prime beef with exceptional marbling and natural tenderness. Each 10-ounce center-cut filet mignon is hand-picked and marinated for two hours in olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic glaze, and our signature house seasonings, then lightly grilled. On the side, creamy au gratin potatoes deliver rich, cheesy comfort, and the wild mushroom green bean casserole is built from scratch with fresh cream, garlic, shallots, red wine, and wild mushrooms sauteed in butter, then finished with crispy onions. Steaks are served medium rare.

Trays are oven and microwave friendly. Remove condiments and sauce containers.

Microwave: Remove sleeve, lift the corner of the film, place on microwave plate, microwave for 2 minutes or until hot, cut film away from corner edge with a knife, and remove. Let stand for 2 minutes. Based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. DO NOT LIFT TRAY, LIFT ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE.

Oven: Remove sleeve, cut film away from corner edge with a knife, and remove. Place on oven sheet pan. Heat at 350°F degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until hot. Heat to 165°F degrees (Internal Temperature). Remove tray on pan DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT TRAY BY ITSELF. LIFT TRAY ON MICROWAVABLE PLATE OR OVEN SAFE PAN. USE HOT PADS TO REMOVE.
