Our Crawfish Étouffée is an exquisite Cajun dish made with fresh Louisiana crawfish tails, chopped onions, bell peppers, celery, and garlic.  A spicy, yet smooth, creamy sauce smothers aromatic vegetables and bountiful crawfish tails. This delicious dish is served with steamed rice on the side, with fresh parsley and crisp green onions sprinkled over the top.

Lift lid and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals stirring occasionally until desired temperature. Heat rice in the microwave for thirty seconds and then add to étouffée.
